Job Duties: 

Deliver solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Offer strategic technical support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Create/utilize automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. Serve as an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. May telecommute(385.32334) 

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Analyst -related occupation. Position requires:

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure based Database Services: Control plane, Data plane, and Cloud migrations;
• Oracle Database Administrator High Availability Solutions:  RAC / Load Balancer, Data guard, and RMAN;
• Coding in Bash, Python, and PL/SQL;
• Manage Oracle Database in Linux and Windows operating system;
• Oracle Database Administrator duties: patching and installation, upgrades, cloning, migration, and performance tuning; and 
• CD/CI and Configuration Management using Jenkins and Ansible.
