• £18,728 per annum
• 30 hours per week, term time plus three weeks*

Rose Hill Primary School are seeking to appoint a Bursar who will manage the school finances and the premises team.

 

You will be required to:

• prepare and monitor the schools budget including forecasts
• be responsible for the effective management of financial administration procedures, including compliance with financial regulations
• process orders and invoices for the whole school
• support with the recruitment of staff, following the safer recruitment regulations
• line manage the premises team, which includes the caretaker and the cleaners
• oversea the school site, managing the maintenance and overseeing contractor.

 

You will have:

• excellent communication and IT skills
• the ability to prioritise work including multi-tasking
• understanding of the need to always maintain professional confidentiality 
• good English and mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above)
• knowledge of SIMS.net and SAGE would be an advantage.
