The Opportunity

The Clinical In-Charge is responsible for managing the clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services to patients. This role requires expertise in clinical medicine, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with medical, nursing, and midwifery staff. The Clinical In-Charge acts as the primary point of contact for all clinical issues within their designated arena or unit.

Qualifications and Experience

•    Medical Graduate (MBBS) with valid BMDC registration, preferably PGT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
•    Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in the region/country.
•    At least 5 years of experience in clinical medicine, with prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role (Resident Medical Officer, CA, etc.)
•    Sound knowledge on the Bangladesh health system; experience in working with Hospital settings and UN Cluster or other stakeholders in both development and emergency setting.
•    Strong clinical knowledge and expertise.
•    Excellent leadership and communication skills.
•    Ability to manage and mentor medical staff.
•    Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to work under pressure and handle medical emergencies.
•    Good in written and spoken English.  
•    Proficiency on computer using, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
