Suffolk Mind’s mission is to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health, and to assist with this we are looking to recruit a Community Engagement and Fundraising Officer.
This role will be responsible for developing Suffolk Mind’s individual, community and events fundraising, across the county as well as engaging with the community to increase awareness of fundraising and donation opportunities. The role will also include weekend and evening work on an annualised contract, the working pattern will be discussed at the interview stage.
You will:
- have well-developed inter-personal and negotiation skills
- be confident in representing the organisation externally
- have experience of managing and developing internal and external relationships
- MS Office
- hold a full UK driving license as this role will require you to be out in the community regularly
